Overview We started the cattery from scratch in August 2001 with 7 units. It took us 5 years to build the business up, and we now have 33 units and 2 staff - Sue and Jenna. We enjoy it very much and have never looked back. We have you to thank for that, and we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your custom! As well as cats, we also we board rabbits and guinea pigs! Please feel to take a look around our new website, and contact us if you have any queries, or for more information. Our Hours Our opening hours are 9am to 12 noon, and 3pm to 6pm - 7 days a week. The only days that we're not open to the public are Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day! Do not ask to bring your cat in or to pick them up outside of our opening times as a refusal from us will only offend you. If you turn up out of hours, you will not be able to enter our cattery as our electric gate will not open for you. Please see the [nodepicker==node/9==Prices==Prices%20page] for the latest pricing information. Our Location We are located on Ynysymond Road, Glais - just outside Swansea in South Wales. We are just 5 minutes from the M4! Directions From Junction 45 of the M4, take the A4067 North towards Pontardawe, straight through the first roundabout, then at the next roundabout take the third exit for Glais. Go over the humpbacked bridge, then take the first left onto Ynysymond Road. Now travel 1.2 miles, and the Cattery is clearly signposted on your right. Our Prices We currently have a choice of 2 daily rates: Rate 1 - £7.00 per day on our food (Felix in jelly and biscuits) Rate 2 - £6.50 per day on your own food. For 2 or more cats, cheaper rates apply. Please [nodepicker==node/18==Contact%20Us==contact%20us] for further information. First time customers are required to pay a deposit of £10 per cat, which is taken off your bill straight away. Cancellations If you do not turn up for your booking, you will have to pay in full when you book next time. Last minute cancellations will incur a cancellation fee. If you turn up early to pick up your cat(s) without a prior phone call, you will be charged for the full booking. If you want someone to visit your cat whilst in our care, you must make prior arrangements. If you do not, then they will be refused. All male cats must be neutered. This is to stop them spraying whilst in the cattery. Do not forget to bring your cat's vaccination certificates. Payment is payable by cash or cheque. Meet the Team Gareth Gareth works part-time in the cattery. He has looked after all sorts of animals all his life, and enjoys being with animals just as much as with people. Gareth particularly loves cats, and feels very privileged to live in such a nice location with so many animals. Thanks to everyone for trusting us to look after your cats! Roy Roy retired from the Trostre steel plant in 2000 to set up the cattery with Gareth. Roy has always loved animals - especially cats. He enjoys the different type of work, meeting the customers and looking after the cats. He does most of the paperwork and deal with the incoming bookings.

As well as cats, we also we board rabbits and guinea pigs!
