Terms and Conditions

To confirm your booking we require a non refundable deposit. This can be made by either popping in to see us or a BACS transfer. This will be taken off your bill immediately. Cats are £25 for a minimum stay of 3 days/nights
Reservations will only be confirmed when a deposit is received (all booking will be held for 7 days). Failure to pay the deposit may result in your Pets accommodation being re-allocated, deposits & full payments are non refundable. The remainder of the payment is due when you collect your cat(s). Please contact us if you have any questions, or if you would prefer to make your booking over the phone.

Peak Times
Please be aware that during peak time's we do get fully booked in a short space of time. Our peak time's are between April and October & December Xmas and New Year period. Off peak times are January-March and November.

Cancelations must be made in writing.
Any cancelations made within 21 days of the reservation date will be subject to a 50% payment of your final cost of the reservation. Within 14 days will be subject to a 75% payment of your final cost of the reservation. Within 7 days or a no show will require a 100% payment of your final cost of the stay.

Please make sure all your Cat(s) have up to date flea and worm treatment and that vaccinations are done no more than two weeks before the reservation.
We refuse the right to refuse entry to any animal that fails to meet the requirements of the vaccination criteria. Vaccinations against feline influenza and enteritis.
Condition of your Cat(s) must fit and healthy. If your Cat(s) has any medical requirements then please don’t hesitate to contact us as we do accept cat(s) with medical requirements.
***Please do NOT forget to bring your cats up to date vaccination certificates***
We also have the right to refuse the reservation if the animal is of any condition that would affect the health and safety of our other Guests/and or staff.
Should an animal require veterinary treatment whilst in our care, he/she will be attended to by one of our local vets or their own if feasible. The Vet fees will be payable by the owner before collection.

Check-in and Check-out
Check-in and Check-out are during our normal opening hours only (this can be done via the online reservation or state when making a telephone reservation)

**Cats are boarded at the sole risk of their owners and whilst every care will be taken we cannot be liable for illness, injury or death of any cat(s). By booking with us you agree that should your Cat(s) appear unwell whilst in our care, we have your permission to transport the Cat(s) to a veterinarian. We will firstly try to contact your own vet, should this not be possible for any reason we will enlist the services of our veterinary surgery.**

As well as cats, we also we board rabbits and guinea pigs!
